Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved the hotel's gorgeous rooms and fab service! However, the room was wildly overpriced for what it offered. The location was terrific for exploring downtown and the lake, yet the dining was a little expensive.
The hotel is situated in a quiet area, which could be seen as a bit isolated, yet the rooms were clean, modern, and nicely furnished. However, there were no turn-down services provided, meaning no additional bedding for the sofa bed.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious and quiet, offering separate bath and WC for added luxury. The view of the lake from the huge picture window was lovely. However, the absence of a USB port in the room was a downside. The service was welcoming and helpful, with friendly staff offering great tips for first-time visitors to Burlington. The location was superb, overlooking Lake Champlain and just a quick walk to Church Street. The dining options were delicious, albeit a little pricey. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor hiccups.
